Day 1 of my Fitness Journey: (Before starting RevAbs program)
Height - 5' 3" (not that this will change)
Start Weight - 126 lb
Body Fat - 21% (which is considered ideal, but still, I'd like to look leaner)
Chest - 36"
Right Upper Arm - 10 1/4" (Flexed 11 1/4")
Left Upper Arm - 10 1/4" (Flexed 11")
Waist - 32 1/2"
Hips - 36"
Right Thigh - 22"
Left Thigh - 22"
